For international orders, the refund amount will be displayed in your country's currency once the refund has been processed. The currency rate used is always the rate at the time of the transaction.

Please note that items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear and through misuse will not be considered faulty and Shaper House has the right to refuse a refund on these grounds.
